For 1lb. of fish, fry 2-3 minutes on each side using the Old Bay seasoning. Very simple from here. Put fried fish on a paper towels to drain excess oil. Lightly heat tortilla shell on a round pan. Spread sour cream, put whatever extras you want like salsa , tomatos, or cheese. Fold and Eat.

Works well with and fish. I just happen to like snapper.
