Ingredients
  • 8 oz salmon steaks 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions including tops
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried
  • 1/4 tsp. ground mace
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Directions
Arrange salmon in an 8-inch-square baking dish. Top with green onions,wine,dill,mace and pepper. Cover and chill 45 minutes,turning once. Remove from refrigerator and let stand 20 minutes to warm slightly. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
