Yummy ! I added a little extra spices and served it up with asparagus I baked in the oven lightly tossed in olive oil covered in parmesan cheese then baked on 250 for 10 or 15 minutes. turned out nice !

That recipe was very interesting. Good but interesting. I liked it, but my fish als crumbled, but that didn't bother me because I put it over noodles. One thumb up.

The fish was moist and the topping was outstanding.

I used a light cooking wine instead of the lemon juice. I then drank a bottle of vodka and threw up all over myself.

Loved this recipe. I cooked Tilapia for my wife for the first time last night. Very easy and fast to make, and it came out delicious.

This is an excellent receipe. The thumbs down reviewer could not cook apparently. Thanks for the receipe, Ii was trying to find a way to cook tilapia besides frying.

Quick, easy and very tasty. The lemon juice in the sautee process reduces smoking and burning, and the flavour mixes well with the cheese and garlic. The cheese becomes crispy, and adds texture as well as flavour.

Delicious!

Use a nonstick pan for this. The whole thing crumbled when we tried to flip it and the cheese wouldn't stick to the fish.

Very simple recipe with great flavor and finish! Serve with a nice garden salad or sauteed asparagus and you will impress.

I made this last night. Very simple and very tasty. The cheese mixture melts and forms a light crust on the fish. Give it a try.

Great, simple recipe. Used garlic salt instead of powder (all I had in the house) so it was a little too salty, but would be perfect if you follow the recipe exactly. Delicious and fast, with very little clean-up!
