Cut the fillets into 1" pieces (bite size). Heat the oil in a 12" skillet, and then add garlic. Braise fish quickly on med hi heat for about 3 minutes. Remove fish, leaving oil in skillet. Add veggies, stir fry for 5 minutes. Add fish on top of veggies, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Eat. Great served over rice and with soy sauce. Serves 4 mortals, or 2 very hungry fishermen.
