Ingredients
  • 1 pt canned Steelhead or Salmon
  • 1 cup Salad Dressing or Mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Vegetable soup mix (I use Knorrs)
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions(chopped )
  • 1/8 tsp Liquid Smoke(optional)
Directions
If not using canned fish, poach fish then drain and flake fish. Mix all ingredients together and chill for about 3 hours. Stir mixture before serving. Serve on crackers of breads.

Fabulous taste and texture. Easy to prepare and serve. Goes with any type cracker and especially good on little rye rounds.
