This is a great recipe and I stumbled upon it while doing a search. I have 4 little pike-mackerkel fish that I am currently cleaning. This is the best recipe I have seen yet. I don't have to wait for the outcome. A great chef already knows when the combination of ingredients are worth the effort. M.
