Roger Lee Brown is the founder and former President of the Pro-Tec School of Bassin', Inc. (some of you may have seen the ads on Sunday morning television) After resigning from Pro-Tec, Roger decided to put together a new school, one that would be more affordable for the average angler. Roger is a full time professional Bass angler and instructor. He has over 20 years experience fishing as a pro. He is a United States Coast Guard certified licensed guide and a New York State certified fishing charter.
