Fishing Information

My favorite fishing story happened to Me. I know i'm not the only one this has happened to. I took my soon to be wife fishing for trout for the first time in June 2002. Since I was always fishing, being gone for days at a time was not out of the ordinary. My day job keeps me on the river for a week at a time. I would come home on days off and go right back to the river. My girlfriend thought if she learned to like fishing as much as me we would grow stronger together. Well her time out she hooked and landed a 9 lb. 14 oz. Rainbow Trout all along. At the the time I had never caught a Rainbow that big, and she never let me hear the end of it. Well she decided that she already knew everything about fishing for Trout so she never went again.

Personal Background

Single, one child Payton Lee, she's 15 months old. I started fishing with my Father on the Shores of North Carolina when I was 3 Years old, but the geatest influence in my life was my Grandfather Morris. Every summer we went to Maine for a month and fished the entire time. Besides all the knowledge he shared with me and all the lost tackle he shared with me, he inspired me to get out and fish. I share the same gesture with anyone who wants to try it for themselves. My daughter has been out there since she was 4 months old. Piggy Back on me in her harness. I am a Bureau of Land Management Whitewater Patrol Ranger. Along with my love for fishing whitewater rafting and kayaking are my passions. Without Rivers Flowing some where I would be Lost. Before I was a Ranger I worked on the Oceanside 95 in Oceanside, California. 6 years of my life after High School I worked on this Charter Boat fishing for Yellow-Tail, Yellow-Fin Tuna, Halibut, Whiteseabass and our real specialty Sand Bass and Kelp Bass. For me the Great Outdoors is everything next to my Payton..

Boat Information

Boat name: Unlawful Possession
19'Bayliner. All the extra especially the Electronics. Stereo System with 2(10in) 2(12in.) woofers. The boats name gets us in lots of trouble but we are always legal. Dont use the boat much since my rafting takes most my time up.
