Crown Pointe Marina is located just minutes from your favorite fishing hole on the Chesapeake Bay or the York River, whether it is a quest for cobia or bluefish at Bluefish Rocks off Factory Point, flounder at York Spit or York Spit Light just off the York River Entrance Channel, cobia or flounder at Cabbage Patch or Old Plantation light off the Eastern Shore, or rockfish at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel.
We are pleased to annouce that we recently purchased a Doran Club Series Model 300 Scale with custom tournament fish weighing software. We are now an official weigh station for the Dream Boat Fishing Challenge, a contest open to subscribers of The Fisherman. This year the Grand Prize is a Triton 2486 center console with a Mercury 225 HP outboard motor. Details are included in the publication. A limited number of copies of the magazine are available in the Ship's Store.
We are also an offical Weigh Station for the Virginia Marine Resource Commission's Saltwater Fishing Tournament.
We have the complete package for a more enjoyable fishing experience, allowing you to get out on the water as quickly as possible. When the weather and the fish arrive, we're ready to send you off for a successful fishing venture that will be the envy of your friends; the same friends stuck in traffic and hoping they can get to their boat and to the fish before it's time to come back in.
While you're at the marina, check out the recent improvements to the property, which include repair and upgrade of the site features, reconstruction of piers and slips, improvements to the pools and landscaping, extension of cable to the slips, complimentary high speed internet access in a business center on site, remerchandizing of the retail store, computerized inventory and scheduling systems for more efficient customer assistance, improved services for transient boaters, and general upgrading of facilities.
