Company Description

Our Ultimate goal is to provide unequaled customer satisfaction, amenities, and facilities while actually enhancing the environment. During the planning and construction phases, our key focus was on creating and environment in which marine life would flourish. We designed our docks to use the more expensive, but cleaner, concrete pilings to facilitate marine growth. he 1,300 acres of cobblestone added to the shoreline acts as a lunch counter to feed small salmon. We have already experienced an explosion of marine growth and have earned numerous awards.

We are located on the south bluff of Magnolia, just west of Pier 91. From Interstate Highway 5 (I-5) take the Mercer Street exit. Take a right at the first light onto Fairview Avenue. Go left at the next light which becomes Broad Street continue to Denny Way. Take a right turn onto Denny. Denny will become Elliott Avenue. Stay on Elliott Avenue and move to the right lane and continue until you see signs for the Magnolia Bridge. Exit off Elliott Avenue onto the Magnolia Bridge and watch for the signs.
