If your in a situation of whether you should fish catfish, bass, or crappie try rigging a three or four inch shiner or shad under an adjustable bobber. (I prefer using shiners because they stay alive longer.) I'll usually use a size 3/0 to 4/0 hook. I use this rig in heavy cover or brush piles bacause if a bait fish sees a school of others it will try to join and bait fish like heavy cover.

Keep your bait live and your hookes sharp!
Jay
