Ochoco Charlie was a tall slender old gentleman, LTC COL from the Pacific retired. He is now deceased. People laughed at him as he sat in his lawn chair in the center of the 14 ft aluminum boat with fly rod in hand, sinking fly line, fishing hat on, trolling a Tenny (sp) nymph. They didn't laugh for long when he pulled in three rainbow trout one right after another the length of his arm from elbow to finger tip. Nor did they laugh at him or I when we came into the dock with a string of fish. What did you catch them on, flatfish, big flatfish, orange or froggy.
