This is a manmade lake with a great (4 at a time) public launch ramp. When the lake was filled all of the standing timber was left and some of the most ideal bass coverage surrounds the shorelone for most of the lake. Their are public camping areas only reachable by boat, well maintained and kept serviceable all summer. The sport boaters (skiers, PWC riders) are seperated into their own small area so you don't have sport boaters creating those large wakes while your trying to fish. Their is a website that has a great map of the lake (www.lakesonoma.com)The next record fish from California will come from this lake. The largest so far has been around 19 lbs. I personally have caught a 13.9 lbs black bass. Feel free to email me for further infromation.....Monty
