Kremmling Ranches
The ranches near Kremmling offer tremendous river and lake fishing. These nutrient-rich lakes have been heavily stocked and managed to provide a trophy fishery. The lakes offer Rainbow, Brown, Brook and Cutthroat trout. Most of the fish in these lakes are in the 17"-19" class, but it is very common to catch fish in the 20"-24" range and possibly fish up to 30" each day. The Colorado River, as it meanders through lush, green hay meadows, provides excellent dry fly and nymph fishing from early spring into the late fall. The fish average 18" with many reel screaming "lunkers" caught.
Farmers Union
This small river fishery offers both the novice and experienced angler splendid fishing and beauty. This river provides the best of all worlds, pocket water, deep pools, shallow riffles and back eddies. An abundance of eager rainbows and brown wait to inhale a well-presented dry fly. Enjoy some of the best "hopper" fishing ever from mid-July through early October. Don't forget to bring your 3 weight!
Boxwood Gulch
Located 60 miles southwest of Denver, this stretch of the North Fork of the South Platte provides an angling experience to be instilled into the minds of mortals forever. Whether it's casting a #6 Double Humpy to a rising 24" rainbow under the willows, or nymphing a #14 gold bead Prince in the Deer Camp for a rod- and mind-bending Swedish Steelhead -- a day at Boxwood will be filled with triumphs, bruised egos, and lasting memories.
Long Meadow
Enjoy the day fishing for trophy trout as this private, 2 1/2 mile section of the North Fork of the South Platte, as it meanders through willows and lush hay meadows. Due to the lack of fishing pressure and superior trout habitat, many fish over 10 pounds have been caught and released. Anglers can expect the average fish to be in the 3 pound class, with a great chance to land many fish between 5 and 7 pounds.

Nottingham Ranch
Stand in awe as 40,000 acres of the Flat Top Mountains rise up all around you. And if that is not enough, throw in a few ponds with giant Brook and Rainbow trout, 6 miles of the Derby Creek, and herds of Elk, and you just might not want to go home. If larger rivers are your cup of tea, we will drive a short distance and fish 2 miles of the Eagle River. This freestone river provides excellent fishing for both Brown and Rainbow trout. Enjoy some great caddis hatches.
