Enjoy a quality outdoor fishing experience in Northern California with Mike Bogue's Guide Service. Fish for wild rainbow Trout that weigh up to five pounds or more. Backtroll Flatfish or bounce roe for the biggest King Salmon in the state. Shad run up the Sacramento by the thousands; catch them on a fly rod or enjoy 50-fish days on ultralight gear. We fish Steelhead on the Smith, where catching a 20 pound Steelhead is possible.

You will be fishing from Mike's 2001 21 foot custom Alumaweld SuperVee jetsled that comfortably seats four. If you are looking for a true wilderness trip, then hop aboard our drift boat for a trip down the scenic Sacramento River. Bring your own gear or use ours. We provide state of the art Lamiglas rods, new fly, levelwind and spinning reels. We will cater a trip to suit your needs and abilities from children to Senior citizens. Combination trips are also available. We will customize your trip for as many people as we possibly can, no group is too big or too small.

You will experience more than great fishing on the Sacramento and Smith. These rivers abound with wildlife of all kinds from deer, beavers, river otters, and bobcats to golden and bald eagles, ospreys, many species of shore birds and waterfowl

Do not recommend this guide... went with him once, caught very few fish and he was a jerk.
