There’s something for everyone to enjoy at Sequoyah Caverns and Ellis Homestead.
You and your family can explore the fascinating and enchanting Sequoyah Caverns on daily guided tours, watch crafts in action, feed the ducks, go gem mining, see the deer, sheep and goats grazing in the pasture, or enjoy an easy and refreshing hike to Lookout Point for some of the prettiest scenery you’ll ever see.

Got your camper? We have 85 wooded and relaxing campsites to choose from.
The Place to Camp. Set up your gear in a beautiful, relaxing setting complete with a pool, a store, and restrooms with showers. There’s 85 sites with water and electricity and 15 with sewer service. Reservations suggested, but not required.
Take a Hike. Try the invigorating and easy 1.5 mile hike up to Lookout Point and enjoy a beautiful view of Lookout Mountain and the valley below. Make sure to remember
your camera.
Explore the Caverns. You will be awed by the beauty of the many reflection pools and fascinating passageways of this ancient cavern. Walk on footpaths that are almost level with only a few steps, so everyone can be a part of the adventure into living history.
Discover Nature’s Creations. As you meander through the alcoves you’ll see how nature has turned the caverns into a wonderland of formations and intricate
rock designs.
