What can I get at the Market?
Ken & Carolyn Pearsall have spent their lives growing up on Lake Wateree and love the lake so much that they made it the home where they would raise a family.
After finishing the University of South Carolina in 1991, Carolyn married Ken, who had left a full time position in the US Airforce and was at that time working for Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC. Seven years later, after the birth of their son, Ken took a position with the South Carolina Air National Guard and the Pearsall’s made the move back to the midlands and bought a home on the Lake.
After much thought and prayer, the research started and now the project is underway. The Pearsall’s are not doing this alone, however. From the time the Market concept was conceived a team of dedicated members of the Colonel’s Creek Market, LLC have joined forces to provide an answer to the dreams of many living and recreating on the lake.
