Ingredients
  • 2 cans Clam Chowder (New Endland style)
  • 1 can minced clams drained (6 1/2 ounce)
  • 1 package elbow macaroni (8 ounces)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • 1 cup oyster crackers or potato chips (crumbbled
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Cook macaroni to package directions, drain and return to pot.

3. Add the cheese, clam chowder, clams, green onions, pepper, mix well.

4. Pour into the baking dish, sprinkle evenly with the crackers or chip crumbs, then drizzle the butter on top.

5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
