Ingredients
  • 1 10 lb. grass carp
  • 1 stick butter
  • Mc Cormick or Badia blackened redfish seasoning
Directions
filet carp, rub with butter and redfish seasoning, grill medium hieght from coals directly on rack until fully cooked.
Other Notes
A delicacy. Even those who balked at eating grass carp loved it including my 3 year old son.
