Ingredients
  • Two orange spice tea bags
  • 1/2 lb. Fish fillets. (Four)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Heat water in tea-pot til just below boiling. Take large baking dish and put in fillets and the two orange spice tea bags. Pour water in the baking dish to cover fillets. Place in oven for 10 to 15 mins or until fish flakes when a fork is inserted and twisted.
Other Notes
I usually serve this dish with new potatos and green beans. It is very simple, but the tea adds a delicious citrus note that is worth the time. There are no fats added, as well, so the dish is good for low fat diets. If you are not on a low fat diet, I suggest that you add a pat of butter on each fillet before serving.
