skin your shark as you would a catfish...cut your shark from top to battom in 1 inch sections in order to make steaks... lightly salt the meat followed by light lemon pepper and light old bay...fry in 1/2 inch of fresh grease...you want it light brown...remove from grease place on paper towel to remove excess grease...then serve.
