Ingredients
  • 4 fillets of Mahi Mahi (Dolphin)
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Pepper
Directions
  • 1. Arrange fillets on a plate.
  • 2. Baste mahi fillets with olive oil
  • 3. Shake lemon pepper on them.
  • 4. Grill for 3 minutes
  • 5. Flip fillets on grill
  • 6. Baste with olive oil.
  • 7. Shake lemon pepper on.
  • 8. Grill for 3 minutes.
  • 9. flip 2 more times, 3 minutes per side.
  • Other Notes
    You should notice a golden hue to the surface due to the lemon pepper glazing. I tend to flip these to get that nice X pattern. Goes great with rice or noodles, and a slice of pineapple. Mahi is a very solid fish, similar to thresher shark, almost chicken-like texture. Great flavor!

    Excellent and easy........Try sprinkling a little Balsamic vinegar with the lemon pepper and olive oil.
