Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4-1/2 cup pecans halves
  • Worcestershire Sauce 3-5 good shakes
  • heavy whipping cream 16 oz carton
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • juice from 2 lemons (small)
  • 4-6 good fillets of a white meat fish or tuna
Directions
melt butter in sauce or non stick frying panover med/high heat, add pecans stir occasionally until you smell the pecans,add worcestershire sauce.stir in lemon juice. (key) add cream in a little stream while stirring constantly until hot(not boiling), when all in stir in parsley salt and pepper to taste. put over fried fish and enjoy. fry fish coated with flower and corn meal. you can pat your fish dry with paper towels and drag thru beaten eggs/milk then into dry flower/cornmeal mix to coat.
