Ingredients
  • 10 lbs. of fresh jumbo shrimp
  • 4 cups of spicy Cambodian sauce
  • 2 cups of soy sauce
  • 5 cups of salt
  • 10 cups of shredded hot red peppers
  • 6 cups of nutmeg
  • 2 bags of Uncle Toro's Kampuchea rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup coconut nectar
  • 4 sliced Asian pears
Directions
Mix all ingredients in special hot pot (only from Bull Run Kitchen Goods)
Other Notes
Eat with fresh Japanese sake and sliced tofu
