Prep the fish by scaling it and removing the innards, leave the head and tail on. Tear off a large sheet of Tin Foil and lay the fish in the center. place the butter and herbs inside the body cavity. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the inside and outside of the fish along with sprinkling a little salt and pepper as well. Pull up the foil around the fish and crimp it together with your fingers to prevent the moisture from escaping. put the whole thing right on a med heat grill for about 8-10 minutes. That's it!!
