  • Striped Bass filets
  • Sea Salt

Directions
Cut filets into bite size pieces. Put into boiling water and sea salt for 2-3 minutes. Remove and dip in butter.

Try useing 7up or suger water. Adds a sweetness to the meat like lobster. When the meat floats to the top it's done.
