Ingredients
  • Ritz crumbs
  • egg
  • fish
Directions
Take panfish, role it in eggs, then take the ritz crackers and crush them into crumbs. Mix fish with the crumbs. Then put them in a deep frier until golden brown. Remove and enjoy.
