Ginger-Soy Ahi Tuna

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ahi Tuna (steaks)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Add olive oil, soy sauce, and ginger in a large skillet. Turn heat to medium. Dredge steaks in mixture on both sides and arrange in skillet. Set timer to 3 minuets, turn steaks, set timer again for three minutes.

This is very fast yet delicious way to cook ahi tuna. An addition I made was to serve it with fresh chopped green onions.
