Ingredients
  • 2/3 of a sea scallop per person
  • 2 pieces of your favorite kind of bacon per person
  • toothpicks
Directions
Cut scallops into thirds. Cook your bacon until it is 50% done. Wrap the bacon around 1/3 of a scallop. Place toothpick through bacon and scallop, securing bacon in place. Place the scallops and bacon on a plate covered with paper towels and microvave until bacon and scallop are done. Serve on a clean plate, and have your guests begging for more.

I have never heard of such a small portion . 2/3 of a scallop per person !! I/2 pound or slightly less per son is more normal. approx 4 scallops.
