Ingredients
  • Saltine Crackers
  • Spices of your choice
  • 1 Egg
Directions
Put crackers into a ziplock back and seal. Crush crackers with a rolling pin or similar device until desired texture. Add spices to bag and shake to mix well. Dip fish filets in to the egg, and then into the batter. Fry.
