1 tsp. Snap Seasonings (Cinnamon Ginger Cayenne pepper Salt and Pepper)
1 Tbsp. Chopped Scallions
2 oz. Shrimp Stock
1 Tbsp. Raw unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp. Mandarin Oranges
Directions
In a hot pan, quickly sear off the shrimp for about one minute on one side, then flip. Add your au jus, ginger snap seasonings, sscallions and shrimp stock. let this reduce for about 2 minutes, then finish with raw butter and garnish with mandarin oranges.
