Ingredients
  • 4 oz. Mussels
  • 4 oz. Shrimp
  • 4 oz. Clams
  • 4 oz. Calamari
  • 8 oz. coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. Thai fish sauce
  • 2 oz. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp. chopped lemongrass
  • 2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 4-kaffir lime leaves
  • 4 oz. fish stock
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1 oz. soy sause
  • salt and pepper
Directions
In a saute' pan heat the oil;briefly dissolve the curry powder in the oil. Add the ginger, garlic, and shallots and saute' briefly. Add the seafood and the rest of the ingredients and bring to a brief boil and simmer for 5 minutes until the seafood is cooked.
