Ingredients
  • 2 cups chablis wine
  • 2 tb. lemon juice
  • 2 ts. salt
  • 2 tbg. creole mustard
  • 1/2 ts. ground cayon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade and as a basting sauce when you cook fish.
