Ingredients
  • mahi mahi
  • butter
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • pasta
  • alfredo sauce
Directions
melt some butter in a pan, add garlic and allow to brown a little, add 1/2" slices of fish and cook on medium till just done, add contents to heating alfredo sauce, when heated toss with prefered pasta
Other Notes
also works well with tuna

It is delicious. This recipe is the best I've tried recently for this type of fish.
