In a wok or shallow frying pan heat oil until a hot temperature is achieved. Add 1 chopped onion, one cup snow peas, one cup of baby sweet-corn and some thinly sliced white cabbage. Stir-fry everything together for 2 minutes then add the seafood. Suggestions would: mussels, cockles, squid and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook this all again for 2 minutes and add 1/2 bottle Oyster sauce and some cooked crab chopped. Serve immediately making sure to plate it hot. Also a good idea to serve with rice.
