Start this recipe by cutting the lobster into small cubes. In a large bowl add the lobster, crab and shrimp. To the seafood mix add the celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper and the mayonnaise. Make sure to just add enough mayonnaise to coat mixture well. Take a few minutes and mix well. Cover the mix and chill for about an hour. To serve this salad just wash and arrange a few Romaine lettuce leaves in a bowl. Add the seafood mix to the top then garnish with the paprika.
