Recipe sounds delicious! However, not quite clear enough. Does not specify how much milk and in what order to layer the mixtures on the fish. Could be better explanation!

This is a poorly written recipe.

the name of the recipe sounds very good, but there is not mention of milk in the ingredients. also, it sounds like you are supposed to cut the potatoes in half?

Does not say how much milk to add to egg white. Recipe assumes you know to dip fish into egg white mixture and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Milk quantity left out of ingredients. In preparation, it doesn't tell you to add fish in the egg mix and then the bread crumbs. I rate this as fair.

this recipe is defective in that it is incomplete. it does not give a milk measurement and it does not tell you how to mix the dry and wet ingredients. it's a hopeless failure, run away.
