well i have many stories, but I can't think of one that stands out right now. I'll change this if something interesting happens.

Personal Background

Hi, I'm Jacob. Though I was raised in Oregon, I now have lived in Alaska for 9 years. I'm 20 years old and I am attending UAF seeking a degree in Mining Engineering. I love to fish all seasons and naturally I love Alaska, mostly because of the fishing. I am currently seeking a hobby/secondhand carreer of fishing journalism. I want to be a well known fisherman and an authority in fishing for the state of Alaska. One of my goals is to catch a trophy of each species of fish in the state of Alaska. Right now I have two trophies but they are both Burbot, so I have a rather long way to go. I've been fishing ever since I can remember and I hope I can make something out of it.
