Fishing Information

Yearround fisherman who trolls 90% of my fishing time - catch and release is primarly objective.

Spring: Lake Ontario tributaries(NY) for Steelhead and Browns;Trout,Land-lock Salmon,Northern Pike in Mass. and NewHampshire;Shad in the Conn. and Merrimack rivers.

Summer: Trout in NH,Inshore saltwater(striper,bluefish,flounder) in MA and NH,and Deep-Sea(cod and haddock) off the coast of Maine

Fall: Lake Ontario tributaries(NY),Stripers, Northern Pike,trout,landlock salmon,and Smallmouth Bass in MA and NH.

Winter: Trout,White and Yellow Perch,Bass,and sea-run smelt in MA and NH.

Personal Background

I have a 5 year-old grandson who is starting to enjoy fishing with his grandpa;but like all kids,he enjoys "catching" fish,so I can see that my year-round agenda will have to be modifed to keep his interest untill he gets older.
