Fishing Information

I was taught to fish by my maternal Grandfather, Capt. Jack Singleton. Jack was a shrimp boat captain in the Gulf of Mexico out of Galveston, TX. I learned to fish off the back of his shrimp boat, and in the surf off of Bolivar Island, TX, where he had a beach house.

Personal Background

I'm a 40 year old married, semi-retired, former programmer. I have no children, but I parent vicariously through my friends with children. I did some lake and surf fishing when I was a child in Texas. I'm just getting back to it.
