Fishing InformationI don't have many stories since I only picked up fishing again this year. My favorite moment do far, though, happened while fishing for bass on Conesus Lake in NY. It was a bright, cool morning and the water was crystal clear. I was casting a bright orange flatfish. I was talking with my brother about what lure to use and I told him what I was using and how the water was so clear I could see it no matter how far I casted it out. As I said that we both turned to look at it as I brought it up to the boat. Just then, a largemouth darted out from the weeds below, opened up and just devoured it. It was amazing to see like that, exactly like those drawings you see of a largemouth hitting a lure. I reeled him in. He weighed 1.5 lbs., I didn't measure him. After looking him over for a minute I released him for someone else to catch.
