Fishing Information

While fisning for Crappie at Lopez Lake and using 4lb test line, I thought I had gotten a snag and then realized I had hooked one hell of a fish. The fight was on and after 10 minutes of give and take I finally landed the catch of the week, a 9 pound Largemouth Bass. What a catch and what a great day of fishing!

Personal Background

I'm pretty much a catch and release fisherman. I'm married with 4 kids: 3 sons ages 26, 24, and 18 and a daughter who's 22 and a 10 month old grandson. I've just taken up surf fishing and have enjoyed lake fishing for quite some time now.
