Fishing Information

i have been fishing ever since i could hold onto a rod,so as far as fishing stories goes ther are way to many to remember.the best one was about a year ago. my whole family had went on a 3 day weekend camping and fishing trip during memorial day. everyone was doing their own thing in one way or the other. i am about the only avid bass fisherman in the family. the rest like to fish for catfish in one way or the other, such as trot lines, linb lines and rod and reel for big cats. the weather had turned very windy while the family was trying to run their lines and my sister and brother in-law had caught a few nice walleyes on limb lines including one that was around 6 lbs. or so.when everyone was back at camp and showing each other what they had caught my brother in-law had this walleye in his boat and was a little apprenhisive about grabbin ahold of this fish with all these sharp teeth in its mouth. so he reched in the livewell with a gaft and pulled it out and put it in a dipnet. he walked up to the bank showing everyone his big prize and the fish started to flop around in the net, while doing this the sish cut the poly cords on the net and fell out on the groung still flopping the fish had worked its way to the water and started to get away. at the same time there was 3 guys running through the water trying to catch the escaper with their bare hands. needlesss to say the fish won its battle and managed to get away. from then on my brother in-law has never got another walleye to the camp for one reason or another.he still blames that one fish for his streak of bad luck. i guess every fish has their day.
