Personal Background

Married with one child. I started fishing with my father in Washington State for panfish and Steelhead. After I entered the military I started surf fishing in Japan for lots of fish I'd never seen before. I then received orders to South Dakota where I graduated to multi-species angling in South Dakota and Montana. I fished for many different species depending on my mood but I always has a special place in my heart for walleye. My wife and I just recently arrived in Dover Delaware and I've been fishing 2-4 days a weeek to learn the local waters. Unfortunately, the military doesn't pay much so I'm limited to smaller waters with my boat. I've fished the rivers but only by myself thus far so the learning curve is a bit longer than I'd like. My long term goal is to return home to Washington State or to South Dakota, set up roots and start a guide service. Having been on guided trips before, I've seen the good and bad of different guides and I honestly feel I have the knowledge to do it.
