The High Lonesome is a 13,000-acre working ranch lying in picturesque Dry Fork valley near Grand Junction, Colorado, on the western slope of the Rockies.
Our 10-plus miles of spring creek with our more than 100 beaver ponds and lakes hold browns, brookies and cutthroats, with trophy rainbows up to 30-inches plus.
Our experienced guides ply other nearby waters, including the Colorado and Roaring Fork rivers, where float and wade trips can be arranged. Our bird hunting is great September through April. Also our area is famous for big-game hunting. Amenities include hiking, mountain biking, rafting and golf nearby. License # 1794.
