Wollaston Lake has always been renowned for outstanding freshwater fishing for northern pike, lake trout, arctic grayling and walleye.
Located just 100 miles from the Northwest Territories, Wollaston Lake is the 12th largest lake in Canada.
It is 110 miles long by 45 miles wide and boasts more than 2,700 miles of shoreline.
Wollaston Lake is celebrated for its enormous northern pike.
Close to 1,400 trophy northerns (more than 40 inches long) were caught and released in 2001.
And because catch-and-release has been practiced at Wollaston Lake Lodge for more than 10 years, the opportunity for trophies continues to increase.
Our boats are custom-built 18-foot Lund Pro-V’s and feature ultra-quiet, 80 hp Yamaha 4-cycle engines, large casting decks, pedestal seats and two-way radios.
Our professional guides are rated among the best in Canada, with an average of seven years of experience on Wollaston Lake.
Although nature is at its finest here, our facilities are a unique oasis in the wilderness.
We feature an all-new main lodge with a dining room overlooking the lake.
The menu, designed by an internationally awarded chef, features certified Angus beef. Full log cabins include heat, electricity and private baths.
Relax in front of our big stone fireplace, kick back in our lounge, take in a big-screen movie or even treat yourself to a relaxing massage.
With a guest-to-staff ratio of 1:1, our philosophy is service beyond the ordinary. From sunrise to sunset, we’ll do everything we can to assure your trip with family, friends or business associates is an outstanding experience. Call today.
