During our float trip the 8 man raft deflated. Considering that this raft costed $33 dollars a person, we were pretty upset. We barely made it to the end of the float with any air in the raft. When we complained to the owner he verbally assualted us and would not even speak to the females in our group. He was aggresive, condescending, and unprofessional in every way. When he was left alone to speak to a male of our group he finally agreed to a partial credit. We thought every thing was resolved and we were going to move on from his attitude, but he wouldn't let things go. The next morning he came up to a single female member of our group and started to verbally abuse her. When another person joined her, he was so aggressive we thought he would hit her. I will never return to this place again the owner is psychotic. He has a problem with females and is unable to handle conflict.
