ventilation with a cool breeze and also

It has a balcony off the bedroom and a
louvered glass enclosed screen porch off
the living room.

with two skylights and a spectacular
ships sail paddle fan.
There is a six foot sliding glass patio
door opening to the porch. The porch
overlooks Lake Erie and the lagoons with
a spiral staicase going down to the boat
docks. Bring your Jet-Ski or boat up to
30 foot and dock it at the back door.
It has a fully equipped galley kitchen
with full size appliances including a
dishwasher.
It is seperated from the living room
with a wet bar counter and stools on the
living room side. The full size bathroom
has a vanity with a sink and has a full
size tub with a shower. There is also a
washer & dryer for your convenience.

Condominiums. It is completely stocked
with towels, linens, cookware, dishware,
utensils, glasses and etc. This is a
quiet end unit on the second floor that
