Rocky Creek Lodge is located in the protected Big Rocky Creek Cove at Lake Whitney, Texas.
Lake Whitney is a premier bass fishing lake with water depths up to 140 feet.
We offer large covered lighted fishing and boat docks that means 24 hour fishing.
Established in 1956, Our lodge and cabins have a reputation, as the cleanest at Lake Whitney!
Service is our specialty. We offer the friendliest and most attentive service to our guests!
We offer furnished cabins with full kitchens that include microwaves, coffee makers and all pots, pans, and dishes, linens, color TVs with remotes and VCRs, dining tables and chairs, comfy queen and double beds, picnic tables, and BBQ grills. All you need to bring is your paper towels and food! For your rest and relaxation, we do not provide telephones or alarm clocks!
We have the ability to service any size group or get together, and our specialty is family reunions.
We offer a Reunion Cabin that sleeps 16 with a covered pavilion out front for BBQ's and get-togethers.
We also provide boat rentals, boat servicing, batteries, gas, and long-term boat storage with electricity. For our boat storage customers, with advanced notice, we will have your boat gas tanks full, serviced, cleaned, and in the water prior to your arrival.
Fishing Services: All of our docks are accessable by a motorized trolly, just a few steps from your cabin. Our Fishing docks are covered, lighted, on 35' waters, protected in the Big Rocky Cove, are baited to attract Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Stripers, Crappie, Perch, Black Bass and Catfish.
Fishing Guide Service: Fishing Licenses, Live, Frozen, & Specialty Baits, Fishing Tackle Rental & Sales and Fish Cleaning Table on Dock.
Boat Services: We will have your boat serviced, cleaned, gas tank filled, and in a boatslip prior to your arrival.
Boat Rentals: Boat Launching, Covered & Lighted Boat Stalls on the Water with Electricity, Boat Fuel at the Dock, Year Round Covered Boat Storage with Electricity, Fuel & Oil, and Winterizing.
Guest Services: Swimming Pool, Playground, VCR & Movie Rentals, General Store, Ice, Picnic Tables & BBQ Grills, Covered Pavilion with Picnic Tables. No Phones & Alarm Clocks in the cabins for Your Complete Relaxation.

FROM LAGUNA PARK, TX–Going west from Laguna Park on Highway 22, go to Hwy. 3118, turn right, go to the first street on the left, Ch***el Cat Rd., turn left, go to Chevy Land Rd., turn left, go past Uncle Gus's boat showroom and lodge, you will see the Rocky Creek Lodge sign on the right. Turn into the property and go to the two-story building and register.

FROM DALLAS/FT. WORTH, TX–Go to Interstate Highway 35 south to Hillsboro, take the first Hillsboro exit, Hwy. Take 77, to Highway 22, turn right, go approx. 28 miles and cross over Whitney Dam, to Laguna Park, TX. Going west from Laguna Park on Highway 22, go to Hwy. 3118, turn right, go to the first street on the left, Ch***el Cat Rd., turn left, go to Chevy Land Rd., turn left, go past Uncle Gus's boat showroom and lodge, you will see the Rocky Creek Lodge sign on the right. Turn into the property and go to the two-story building and register.
FROM WACO, TX–Go to Interstate Highway 35 north to exit 339, turn left onto Lake Shore Dr., go to Steinbeck Bend Dr., turn right, go to Highway 1637, turn right, go to hwy. 2490 turn right. Go approx. 28 miles to Highway 56, turn right, and go to flashing light at hwy. 22, in Laguna Park, TX, turn left. Going west from Laguna Park on Highway 22, go to Highway 3118, turn right, go to the first street on the left, Ch***el Cat Rd., turn left, go to Chevy Land Rd., turn left, go past Uncle Gus's boat showroom and lodge, you will see the Rocky Creek Lodge sign on the right. Turn into the property and go to the two-story building and register.
