Our 14 clean cottages offer roomy comfort for 2 to15 people. Each cottage features completely furnished kitchens with microwaves, cooking utensils, linens for bath and bed, color cable TV with remotes, heat, AC, outdoor barbecue grill, picnic table, and large covered porch. We keep our cottages extremely clean and well maintained. All of our kitchens are equipped with modern appliances. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All units have city water, not well water. All cottages have cable television with remote controls, and all cable channels are available.
All Cottages Include Free::: Color cable TV, heat and AC, linens, dishes, utensils, microwave, dome BBQ, picnic table, aluminum boat when available, or one stall for your boat, use of resort facilities (basketball court, shuffle board court, volley ball and badminton court, horseshoe pits, playground, game room, soccer field, store, bait shop). Infant crib, high chair upon request.

We are 5 miles east of Mountain Home, Arkansas. We are on a paved road 1/4 of a mile from Norfork Lake. It is an easy walk or drive down to the water. Our dock is in a sheltered cove just off the main lake channel between Mallard Point and Teal Point.
